| A Bathroom |
|
As you will see,this is a bathroom before any alterations were carried out. The tiles and units and suite had
to be removed. This left us with the bare room. The wall on the left was lathe and plaster construction, which
was very unstable and uneven.

| Stripped Out |
|
This is the bathroom stripped out. The old lathe and plaster wall was taken out then shimmed to create a level
stud wall so that the new plasterboard could be installed. The ceiling was also removed and replaced with new plasterboard.
The walls and ceiling were insulated during this process.

| The finished bathroom |
|
This is the completed bathroom. All tiling work, painting, installation of units, bath and toilet were installed
and completed by TJF Services. As you can see the sink unit was moved to a more practical location creating a larger
feel to the room.

| The Tiled Bathroom |
|
As you can see, a mirror was installed together with storage baskets fitted to the wall for the bath and shower
facilities, new towel rails, etc. were also fitted. The colour schemes were chosen to create a warm and relaxing room.

| The Cupboard/Small Toilet |
|
This was a cupboard which was converted into a small cloakroom toilet facility. The majority of the lathe and plaster
walls were removed and replaced with new plasterboard for similar reasons to the above Bathroom.

| The Finished Toilet |
|
This is the completed cloakroom toilet. All units, painting and tiling was installed by ourselves. The cloakroom
toilet was approved and completed by the Council's Planning Department. All drawings and plans were submitted
to the Council from our drawing department. See drawing section for more details.

| Drawing Services |
|
A full drawing service is available on request. On contact we will arrange for a site visit and discuss your individual
needs and explain current restrictions and legislation with an estimate for your work. Our drawing service can submit
your drawings to Planning and amend accordingly. Please contact us for more information.

Ever wished you could do or try something? This is one service we do want to do regular. We can work with
you and help you along, or for simpler stuff, let us come show you how it is done and give you a go, so that next time you
will have the confidence to try yourself. This can be from the simplest of jobs, e.g. flatpack furniture; putting up
a shelf or possibly more technical jobs, but remember if you learn how to do it, there is no stopping you!

For your peace of mind, we are fully insured and any persons involved with us have been HSE tested at general operative
level.
