TJF Services was originally set up as a property maintenance business, but we have grown into small building works and installation due to customer demand and referrals. From installing a new bathroom or painting house exteriors, we have grown to the point where we can take on full refurbishment projects. In order to provide peace of mind and to minimise stress, TJF Services also provide complete project management of works. Whether it’s a small project or a large extension, we have the experience, skill and tools to complete the job on time, on budget and to the highest level of satisfaction.

Over the years our clients have asked us to do all kinds of work. From changing facia boards or gutters to repairing slate roofs and re-building listed walls; our varied workload has given us a great opportunity to show our unique versatility. Customers with unique and exclusive grade B listed properties regularly use us to maintain their homes. We’re interested to learn new techniques and skills that have been lost over the years (such as learning to use lime mortars), and are keen to repair and bring historic buildings back to their former glory.
